Your responsibilities will include:
Consulting on ServiceNow and ITSM best practices
Leading ITSM project implementations across Europe
Integrating ITSM systems with other enterprise applications
Managing the full ITSM application lifecycle: analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, support, and ongoing improvements aligned with business strategy
Optimizing processes and adopting modern delivery methods like agile
Collaborating closely with various teams within the Application Competence Center and engaging with internal stakeholders
We’re looking for someone with:
A university degree (preferably in a technical field)
Familiarity with corporate processes
Experience in supporting ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Experience with system integrations
Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
Strong communication skills in English (daily use)
Excellent presentation abilities, flexibility, a collaborative mindset, initiative, and independence
Willingness to travel internationally
