Currently we are looking for IT Support Specialist for our partner in hiring, international provider of energetic management solutions located in Prague. There is a need to extend current EMEA L1 Support team to process IT services requests and solve different IT incidents.
Your responsibilities:
- support incoming tickets through the service desk system and solve hardware, software, networking and other technology issues
- provide feedback to customer related issues
- logs and tracks calls using ticketing tool
- building workstations, installing of software, coordinate issues with third party
- ensure assets
- coordination of procurement activities
- perform administrative tasks on Active Directory
Requirements:
- at least 1 year of experience as IT support specialist
- praxis with solving hardware and software issues
- good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, M365 and Active Directory, technical understanding of VPN solutions, knowledge of hardware (PC, printers)
- English on communicative level (ability to work across different cultures)
