This role is advisable for fresh graduates as well as for junior candidates with a small experience or orientation in finance/accounting.
Your tasks in this role will be:
- Process invoices and payments
- Maintain intern procedures
- Reconcile unapplied payments
- Check outgoing payments worldwide
- Communicate on daily basis with suppliers and/or customers
- Process data following internal procedures
- Take care of clients, f.e. handle phones or e-mails
- Administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English and German (at least B2 level)
- Experience in a similar position is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office (mainly MS Outlook and Excel)
- Working experience with SAP or Oracle is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and precise person
- Ability to work in a team
