Your responsibilities:
· Solving end-to-end requests of customers in B2B
· Preparing product proposals for clients
· Communicate daily over the phone or e-mail with the French-speaking clients
· Building and maintaining a good relationship with your partners and resellers
· Work in line with the company procedures and customer service standards
· Maintaining various data and documentation in the company´s system
Role requirements:
· Great communication skills in English (B2) and French (C1)
· Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
· Previous experience is a great advantage
· Have a client-oriented and positive attitude
