Business Consultant for ERP Team

We are looking for a new MS NAV Business Consultant to join our IT NAV ERP team and help us to shape our product used by customers in more than 20 European countries.

Key responsibilities:
• Implementation of ERP NAV (MS Dynamics NAV 2009,2013- 2018, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central,
• Collect business requirements from internal and external stakeholders and transform them into development requirements. At times, obtaining signoff on requirements from stakeholders,
• Support, optimize and integrate processes,
• Conduct Fit/Gap analysis, searching for problems within the process, making changes,
• Data migration, testing before deployment, user training,
• Collaborate with support teams, stakeholders, product owners and developers,
• Occasional travelling within EU, usually 1-2 weeks every 6 months.

Desired skills and experience:
• Bachelors/Master’s degree in computer science or business analysis or 2+ years previous experience in a similar role,
• Experience with implementation of ERP MS Dynamics NAV 2009/2013- 2018, or MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or any other ERP system (Helios, Pohoda, SAP…),
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and translate product needs into application and operational requirements,
• Excellent customer service and ability to work collaboratively with others,
• Facilitation skills.
• Keen eye for detail and organization
• Strong communication skill and proactive approach
• Fluent in Czech/Slovak and communicative English
