The aim of this job is to provide Credit Risk activities for the assigned EMEA region. In more detail, you will:
Regularly review credit information and adjust existing customers' credit limits, risk categories, and payment terms.
Analyze credit information and determine credit limits, risk categories, and payment terms for new customers based on financial reports, payment behavior, country risk, and turnover expectations.
Ensure accurate set up of new customer accounts in the system, including credit and collection fields.
Monitor and explain levels of bad debt reserves.
Manage the credit hold order book to ensure timely resolution of credit issues.
Establish and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and collections teams.
Provide support for migrations, mergers, and divestitures as needed.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and related projects.
Ensure compliance with SOX and internal rules and regulations
You can be a successful applicant if:
You have min. 2 years of experience in a similar position in finance
You can speak and write English perfectly (other EU language is a plus)
You are familiar with MS Office and preferably SAP
You are a team player with decent communication skills and an analytical mind
