Responsibilities:
• Serving as a first point of contact for B2B users
• Receiving, logging and managing incoming requests via email, phone, chat or web-forms
• Giving first line IT support related to users devices or applications
• Organizing priorities of tasks
• Following the process of problem solving with the user
• Maintain reports and knowledge base up to date and accurate
Requirements:
• Fluent in German/Scandinavian languages/Dutch plus good English
• Previous experience on IT support position is an advantage
• Good understanding of technology is an advantage
• Great organization skills
• Coordinating, analysing and problem solving skills
• Customer service orientation
