An international company specializing in electrical, and telecommunications retail is looking for a new colleague for its Brno office.
These would be your main responsibilities:
- Registering and matching payments
- Follow up of payments (checking balance, differences etc.)
- Processing of daily e-mail queries
- Reconciliations of bank and clearing accounts
- Communication with Head Offices in Nordic region
- Sending out customer reminders
- Month end reporting
What you need to succeed in this role:
- A communicative level of written and spoken English (ideally B2+) is a must
- Knowledge of MS Office, namely Excel
- Analytical skills and eye for detail
- Good economic understanding and/or experience in accountancy
- Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP system) is an advantage
