Your future responsibilities:
- Drive improvement in data quality, reporting and forecasting processes
- Take a key role in all activities in the preparation of periodic reporting (monthly, half yearly and annual) and the Outlook process
- Assist in reporting to management and group controlling
- Analyze and understand independently deviations and summarize in reports for senior Manage-ment
- Provide technical guidance and support to subsidiaries
- Up-date/Maintenance of monthly presentation files (xls and ppt)
- Maintenance of Cognos retrieves, adjust existing or develop new reports to improve analysis
- Support the annual market survey, medium-term planning and budgeting process for EMEA
- Preparation of assessments, variance analyses, presentations and processing of ad-hoc requests for EMEA and group management
- Respond to ad hoc requirements (from Group and EMEA Management or other internal stakeholders)
- Lead various improvement projects
You are the one if you have:
- Extensive work experience in Controlling
- Master degree or equivalent in the areas of controlling and accounting (professional certifications e.g. CIMA, CPA etc. are a strong plus)
- Strong analytical skills combined with a drive for results
- Affinity for technical solutions and at-ease with various financial systems (SAP, Business Ware-house, etc.). Knowledge of Cognos is a plus.
- Strong in MS Excel and Power BI
- Highly process orientation and customer focus
- Precise and reliable in meeting the deadlines and quality
- Self-starter attitude, high flexibility and you are able to work under pressure
- Teamwork and ability to built relationships
- Good communication skills, drive and enthusiasm to controlling/analytical work
- Fluency in English, second European language is a plus
