The aim of this job is to provide Accounts Payable support for the Business Centre in Prague. In more detail, you will:
- Processing invoices and matching with PO´s
- Solving all discrepancies in invoices and PO´s
- Maintaining intern procedures and accounting policies
- Reviewing and approving travel expenses
- Checking outgoing payments worldwide
- Communicate on a daily basis with suppliers/vendors and/or customers
- Process data following internal procedures
- Vendor master data maintaining
- Participating in training programs, various projects, and process improvement initiatives
You can be a successful applicant if:
You have experience in Accounts Payable or another similar position
You can speak and write English perfectly (French is a great plus)
You are familiar with MS Office and preferably SAP
You are a team player with decent communication skills and an analytical mind
