Our international client is looking for a Senior Vendor & Partnership Manager to join their multilingual Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of EU-based vendors, helping them grow through data insights, process improvements and collaborative innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage long-term vendor relationships across EU markets
- Provide data-driven consulting and strategic guidance to optimize vendor performance
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, automate workflows and drive process innovation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on priorities and deliver solutions
- Support inclusive projects, training, mentoring and transparent stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to continuous improvement through curiosity, adaptability and initiative
Basic qualifications:
- Fluent in English and French, additional languages a plus
- 4+ years in a client-facing role with a track record of achieving goals through consensus
- Excellent active listening, relationship building and presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and learning new platforms quickly
- Comfort working with tech tools and automating processes

The starting salary for this position is from EUR 2200 gross/month.
