Currently we are looking for experienced candidate for Operations Engineer role for an international company in Brno. If you would like to be a part of a team supporting services based on Windows environment and be responsible for operations for users systems that are located mainly abroad, don´t hesitate to contact me. You will have also an ownership and overlap for digitization for over all infrastructure.
Your main responsibilities:
- Keep on-site client systems functional and supported
- Ensure on-site client systems worldwide runs effectively (deploying the solutions, managing and supporting applications and systems)
- Discussion with local engineers to unify processes
- Mentor and train local technicians
- Create documentation
What we need from you:
- Long-term experience as Senior IT Specialist or Administrator to have overview of the entire infrastructure
- Experience with managing end user clients (Windows OS 10 and 11 and Azure or other cloud environment)
- Experienced with Microsoft products at all (Configuration Manager and Intune)
- Solving antivirus systems
- Acronis (beneficial), SCCM
- Praxis with server systems and networks (beneficial)
- English on advanced level
- Customer focus
- Occasional travelling abroad
