Your responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer claims with professionalism and fairness;
- Conduct thorough investigations of claims and determine the appropriate course of action;
- Analyze claim trends and identify opportunities for process improvements;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- You speak and write German (B2+) and English (B2+) fluently;
- You have experience with relevant software systems (e.g., CRM, claims management software);
- You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
- You can multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- You have strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
