Brands: Angelo Po, Catequip, Cornelius, Display Technologies, Finity, Marmon Link, Prince Castle, Renew, Saber King, Sagi, Silver Kingo

Project Goal

To meet the organizational demand, our goal was to hire 27 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees across various critical roles within a specific timeframe: Customer Service Specialists, Buyers, Quality Engineers, Process Engineers, Technical Specialist, HR Business Partner, Claims Specialist, Customer Service Manager, and Category Manager.

The challenge

Geographical Limitation
Candidates were required to be located in Brno or be willing to relocate to the city. This geographical constraint significantly reduced the available talent pool, making it more difficult to find qualified candidates.

Contractual Constraints
The company only offered permanent contracts. While this may be attractive to some, it posed a challenge in attracting candidates looking for more flexible or temporary work arrangements.

Budget Constraints
The salary budget for the positions was relatively low. This limited the organization’s ability to attract top-tier talent, particularly in a competitive market where higher salaries are often necessary to secure the best candidates.

Operational Challenges
As a new production facility, there were no established processes in place. This lack of structure made it difficult to clearly define roles and responsibilities, which in turn impacted the ability to attract candidates who prefer more structured environments.

Lengthy Hiring Decisions
The hiring process was notably slow, which further exacerbated the challenges. The delay in making hiring decisions often resulted in losing potential candidates to other opportunities.

Talent Pool Overview

Through our comprehensive sourcing and recruitment process, we identified and recommended a total of 140 profiles that matched the specific needs and criteria of the roles we aimed to fill. These candidates were carefully selected based on their qualifications, experience, and potential to contribute effectively to the organization.

Outcome

Marmon selected 28 candidates from the recommended pool and extended job offers to them. The recruitment efforts resulted in 22 successful hires, effectively filling the majority of the target positions.

This project demonstrates the effectiveness of a strategic approach to recruitment, from building a strong talent pool to meticulously matching candidates to roles. Despite a highly competitive market, we achieved a high success rate in filling critical positions, ensuring that our client's departments are now well-equipped with skilled professionals to drive their operations forward.
