We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and tailor the Salesforce platform to meet our organization’s needs. This role includes user account management, data integrity assurance, security settings, process automation, reporting, and overall system maintenance.
As a key link between business and technology, this role helps maximize the value of Salesforce by delivering efficient solutions, driving adoption, and enabling teams to leverage the platform to its full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- User Management: Create and manage user accounts, assign profiles and roles, define access levels, and ensure data security.
- System Configuration: Customize fields, page layouts, and record types to match specific business processes.
- Data Management: Import/export data, validate and cleanse data, and ensure overall data quality.
- Security: Configure sharing rules, organization-wide defaults (OWDs), and manage data visibility based on permissions.
- Automation: Design and implement flows, approval processes, and other automation tools.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Training & Support: Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training on Salesforce features and best practices.
- System Maintenance: Monitor updates, conduct system health checks, and manage version upgrades.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into Salesforce configurations.
- Integration: Set up and maintain integrations with other internal systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and IT.

Education & Certifications
- University degree (Business, IT, or related field)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
