Join a Shared Service Centre of our client based in Prague, as a Master Data (MD) Administrator. In this role, you will manage the creation and upkeep of vendor and customer accounts, including intercompany and other essential master data entries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer and Vendor master data requests
- Ensure adherence to SOX and internal control requirements
- Maintain pricelists
- Address and resolve cross-functional process issues
- Support and participate in projects aimed at creating, updating, or enhancing Customer and Supplier Data
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Participate in process improvement
Role requirements:
- Experience with Vendor and/or Customer Master Data
- Financial background with experience in a shared service environment
- Proficiency in English (minimum level B2)
- Proficient in MS Excel, with working knowledge of SAP being a significant advantage
- Knowledge of Order to Cash and/or Procure to Pay processes is advantage
