What will be your responsibility:
- Provide strategic technical leadership for a foreign development team
- Drive innovation and ensure the implementation of cutting-edge technologies
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Set clear goals and objectives for the development team and ensure they are aligned with the company's overall objectives
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including executives, team members and clients
- Manage and prioritize development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones and any potential issues
What qualifications we're looking for:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a leadership role within software development
- Strong technical background with expertise in Java backend technologies as well as in JS frontend ones
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
We’ll be even more excited to meet you if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience leading and managing foreign teams in a different time zone
