Your primary responsibility will be to manage, execute, and implement sourcing projects at both the local and regional levels, based on priorities set by the Category Team Leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the consistent application of digital tools and processes for all executed projects.
- Maintaining full documentation, traceability, and compliance for every sourcing event you manage.
- Challenging and refining procurement objectives, strategies, and financial targets, with a focus on risk mitigation.
- Driving continuous improvement with suppliers in areas such as product, price, quality, innovation, and sustainability.
- Developing and managing strategic supplier relationships as appropriate.
- Using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage complex stakeholder relationships across various levels.
- Conducting periodic risk assessments and designing effective countermeasures for selected spending areas.
Your Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in the procurement of services for a global company.
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- The level of English C1 (fluent).
- A proactive and positive team player with hands-on attitude.
- Ability to handle critical situations and mitigate potential risks effectively.
- Experience with global and strategic sourcing.
