What will be your daily bread as a process coordinator?
- To prepare quotations and orders, ensure correct part numbers and pricing
- Use your Italian on daily basis
- Make sure accuracy is prior to order entry
- Track outstanding sales orders via purchasing, manufacturing and warehouse
- Cooperate and communicate with Manufacturing/Finance/Shipping/Stores regarding orders and enquiries
- Handle debit/credit notes due to price changes, sales returns, etc.
- Liaise with other departments within the Company, Customers and Suppliers as required
We are looking for a new colleague, who:
- Has advanced command of Italian and communicative English
- PC literacy (MS Office)
- Experience with SAP or other CRM system is an advantage
- Communication skills on significant level
- Team player
- Up to 1 year of experience with order processing, sales/logistics coordination
