What will you do?
Ensuring payrolls are submitted, reviewed, paid in a timely manner and are recorded and reconciled accurately
Processing of various payrolls datas for a variety of countries with different payroll providers
Mediator between the human resources and finance department to maintain accurate employee payroll information
Controlling of externally prepared payroll files
Preparation of payroll journals and monthly payroll accounts reconciliations
Coordinating with our payroll vendors and departments
Contact person for questions relating to employee payments.
Ideal candidate:
Has experience with Czech Payroll
Can speak Czech and English
Has Bachelor´s degree or at least several years previous end-to-end payroll processing experience
Has clear verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Has experience in the area of payroll taxes
