What you will do?
Develop and implement the human resources strategy
Follow and ensure all activities according to the labour law, health & safety regulations , etc.
Participate on preparation of the company budget
Be a contact point for our employees (organizing meetings, surveys and addressing demands, complaints or other issues)
Manage the recruitment process from A to Z
Payroll activities
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Coordinate communication policy all over the plant
Implement and maintain motivational and competitive remuneration system with social benefits
HR marketing (contact with schools, presence at conferences)
Set up and report of HR KPI, evaluation and ensure improvements
Close cooperation with HR in the headquarters, strong international collaboration
Full HR responsibility for one plant
What do we need?
University diploma
5+ years of relevant working experience (experience with production plants is a benefit)
Good knowledge of the Czech labour law
Very good level of English (B2 and higher)
Person who is able to make decisions, creative and proactive
