| | The clientClient develops a software for a large multinational industry. They provide their customers with comprehensive industrial solutions tailored to their needs, and are gradually focusing more and more on hardware. The Client effectively integrates hardware components in the form of single-purpose machines and robotic systems with their unique software. They are experts in optical quality control, artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0. The challengeClient acquired several important projects and needed to increase their headcount by 5 FTE in a very short time, ideally within 2 months. The challenge was that Brno is one of the most attractive locations in Czech for IT companies – there is a limited number of qualified professionals as most of the companies target similar candidate profiles. As a result there is an absolute candidates’ market. Client is a family size company with their own projects, which might not be interesting for some candidates as international corporations might seem more attractive. The company needed specialists in variety of fields and preferred senior candidates. The Client expected us to approach thousands of profiles weekly and wanted to interview first candidates only after couple of days of sourcing. The solutionCpl IT project team met with the CEO and all hiring managers and stakeholders to set up the expectation and overview the current options on the market. A hiring strategy was widely discussed, and all Cpl activities went through Client’s approval process. consultant's, we needed to create and increase brand awareness. Cpl marketing team was delivering employer branding and recruitment marketing services both to the Client and our internal teams to boost the effectiveness of sourcing efforts - including additional paid campaign in social media, organic posts published on Cpl’s company pages and consultant's profiles, handbook for candidates, articles introducing Client and separate landing page about company and recruitment process. At the same time, we provided exceptional candidate experience. OutcomeIn the end we recruited all 5 candidates in less than 3 months. Cpl approached thousands of profiles what was reported to the Client on weekly basis. We helped to establish brand recognition on the market thanks to marketing camping on Facebook (60.000 views). |
