Recruitment Process Outsourcing
| | The clientClient is a leading manufacturer of PET preforms for beverage bottles, based in Mělník. The company focuses on delivering high-quality solutions for the beverage industry and is committed to innovation and sustainability in plastics manufacturing. The challengeThe client, whose HR department is based in Lithuania, sought assistance in evaluating their recruitment process and identifying areas where they were struggling. The main goal was to fill key positions in line with the company's expansion: Automation Engineer, Electrician, Procurement Specialist, and Accountant. Initially, the RPO project was planned for 2 months, but was extended to 4 months with the addition of 2 Shift Leader positions. Mělník's location posed a significant barrier in attracting candidates, especially for senior roles like Shift Leader, where salary expectations were a major hurdle. Without a local HR team, the client struggled to find and retain qualified candidates. Their recruitment process was inefficient, lacked regional hiring expertise, and lacked a positive culture for talent retention. Additional challenges included updating employment contracts and ensuring GDPR compliance. The solutionThe Cpl project manager implemented the RPO with the following strategies: Active Sourcing and Job Advertising: Expanded candidate search through active sourcing and advertising on the most well-known job portals. Collaboration and Reporting: Maintained regular communication with company managers, addressed issues, and provided weekly reports to HR in Lithuania. Implementation of New Processes: Introduced a new process for sending offer letters to candidates, which the company had not previously used. KPI: The Cpl project manager dedicated 20 hours per week remotely, including daily communication. OutcomeSuccessful Placements: All 6 roles were successfully filled within the project timeframe, achieving a 100% success rate. Cost Savings: Efficient recruitment processes led to cost savings and a quicker time-to-fill, helping the client fill key roles for their expansion that they couldn't have managed with their existing resources.. Improved Communication & Reporting: Consistent updates and strong collaboration ensured smooth project execution, offering the HR team in Lithuania greater transparency and confidence throughout the process. Legal & Contract Improvements: Cpl assisted with updating employment contracts to align with new regulations and GDPR compliance. Improved Hiring Process: The introduction of offer letters and more structured HR practices enhanced the overall recruitment process. Additionally, ongoing and professional communication with the client and candidate throughout the process played a crucial role in securing the Automation Engineer position. |
