The client

Client is the world's leading manufacturer and supplier of equipment for industry and construction, being on the market for over 140 years. Company supply industrial tools and assembly systems, including complete service. Their products help achieve sustainable productivity success in general industries, engineering, manufacturing, construction, automotive, electronics, oil and gas, and more.

The challenge

Client would urgently need a VAT/TAX Specialist. The position was crucial, cause there was a gap in the team already for 5 months and internal hiring process was not successful at all. The challenge for Cpl was to recruit VAT/TAX Specialist with specific skillset in short period of time. Client needed the role to be filled asap and highly preferred candidates without 2 months notice period. Competitive environment in Prague was also demanding as capital city is the most attractive location in the Czech Republic. What’s more, for international companies – there is a limited number of qualified professionals as most of the companies target similar candidate profiles.

The solution

For Cpl a crucial step was to understand the situation, company environment and to have all the background information that is relevant to the role.
