The challengeClient would urgently need a VAT/TAX Specialist. The position was crucial, cause there was a gap in the team already for 5 months and internal hiring process was not successful at all. The challenge for Cpl was to recruit VAT/TAX Specialist with specific skillset in short period of time. Client needed the role to be filled asap and highly preferred candidates without 2 months notice period. Competitive environment in Prague was also demanding as capital city is the most attractive location in the Czech Republic. What’s more, for international companies – there is a limited number of qualified professionals as most of the companies target similar candidate profiles.
