Role:
- Provide support for hardware and software issues via email, phone, chat, or tickets.
- Resolve problems independently with provided training and guidelines; escalate complex issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- Passion for IT service desk careers
- Experience in tech support (preferred but not required)
