Central tasks of position:
- Analyse, improve and implement processes
- Gather and coordinate business needs for service-relevant IT systems (such as SAP, ServiceNow, Customer Portals)
- Ensure that the design of the local service system satisfies market demands and oversee the introduction of tools
- Manage technical Service Design and working with European, international, and local interfaces in marketing and service.
- Identify and implement the finest service and support techniques
Requirements towards position:
- Advantage, if you have university degree in business administration or business informatics
- Experience with IT consulting
- Experience in Service Processes
- Strong customer service orientation
- Analytic and strategic thinking
- Target focused and independent working style
- Communicative English
- Willingness to travel
