Responsibilities:
- Lead team to reaching their goals and continuous improvement
- Performance management, setting goals, motivating team and providing direction
- Actively listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Identify training needs and provide mentoring/coaching
- Support changes and leading practices to have an efficient and effective process delivery
- Be an escalation point and drive active solving of escalations and troubleshoot
- Provide reports and analyses on a regular basis and/or upon request from stakeholders
- Self-driven personal development (achieving KPI)
