Your responsibilities:
· Supporting clients with issues related to your project specialization in both B2B or B2C
· Communicate daily over the phone or e-mail with the German-speaking clients
· Building and maintaining a good relationship with your customers
· Work in line with the company procedures and customer service standards
· Maintaining various data and documentation in the company´s system
Role requirements:
· Great communication skills in English (B2) and German (C1)
· Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook; other software experience (e.g. ERP, CRM) is a bonus
· Previous experience is a great advantage
· Have a client-oriented and positive attitude
